  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Pre-sale or customized items will specify unique shipping timelines on their product pages.

  • Delays due to stock shortages or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated via email.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers to balance cost and reliability:

  • Standard U.S. Orders: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground (2–7 business days).

  • International Orders: Delivered via USPS First Class International or FedEx International Economy. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (e.g., UPS 2-Day Air).

4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and select countries (listed at checkout).

  • Some remote locations may incur extra fees or longer transit times. Orders to restricted regions will be canceled and refunded.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Offered for U.S. orders over $50​ (subtotal before taxes).

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of **$4.99**​ for orders under $50.

  • International Shipping: Costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Customers are responsible for all import duties/taxes.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Customer-Inspired Changes​ (e.g., size/color swaps): Customers cover return shipping costs. We cover reshipping for exchanges.

  • Seller Errors​ (e.g., wrong item shipped): We cover all return shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days​ of delivery. Start returns by emailing support@eaglepeak.best.

7. Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of loss for products transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
